Private Intermittent Fasting Program
In this six-week signature program, clients receive a full introduction to intermittent fasting, customized fasting protocols designed to work for you, weekly support calls, and accountability in implementing their new lifestyle approach to eating.
The IF Program includes:
50 minute private IF coaching tutorial
Five weekly 30-minute private coaching sessions,
Email support throughout the duration of the program.

Three Month Private Health Coaching Program
This customized health coaching program was created to support you in making lasting change that addresses your unique challenges. Together we’ll discuss beliefs, habits, and behaviors around food, and develop a plan that supports your health and goals.
The 3 month package includes:
Six private 50-minute sessions,
scheduled every other week
Email support throughout the duration of the program.

What is Intermittent Fasting?
Intermittent Fasting is an eating pattern in which you cycle between periods of eating and fasting for various lengths of time. Intermittent Fasting focuses more on when you eat, versus what you eat. This style of eating allows your body time to rest and repair, which is essential for good health.
